Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to return: email us atinfo@stikknighty.orgwith your order number and a short reason. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items: if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
